On behalf of Tri-State Futbol Alliance, we invite your club or team to apply for participation in the 25th annual Fall Ball Tournament. Last year we had over 484 teams over two weekends. The tournament draws teams from: Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio North, Ohio South and West Virginia .
Our tournament is designed to be competitive for ALL teams!
This tournament is designed for all level teams from State Cup Champs to Lowest Level Select. The tournament will be bracketed according to ability. The most competitive teams will be placed in the upper divisions, etc. The Fall Ball will allow trapped 8th graders so long as they are part of the original roster and not on a guest player roster.
We want you to PLAY some soccer!
Each participating team will play a minimum of three games with a maximum of four games. Individual trophies and team awards will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in all brackets.
We will accept your entire club if all applications are received by August 15, 2011!
The entry fees are as follows:
U8 – U9 $450 (6v6)
U10 $475 (6v6)
U11 – U12 $475 (8v8)
U12 – U14 $500 (11v11)
You will be notified of your acceptance/non-acceptance by the 1st week of September. Teams that are not accepted will have their entry fee returned with letter of notification. Once accepted, entry fees will not be refunded. Applications are invited from club teams that are in good standing with the United States Youth Soccer Association. Only approved players passes will be permitted to participate.

Girls: Friday, September 23rd
Boys: Friday, September 30th
Time: 6:30 – 9:30 pm
Location: Marriott North (West Chester), 6189 Mulhauser Road, West Chester, OH 45069
Directions: Take I-75 to exit 19 and go west on Union Center Blvd. The hotel will be on the right just past the exit.
All teams must register on Friday evening. One of your parents or another coach from your club may register your team.
What to bring to registration:
- A copy of your official stamped and validated roster to leave with the tournament. Rosters are frozen as of registration on Friday evening.
- Validated Player Pass Cards, both rostered players and guest players.
- Validated Coaches Cards, one for each coach. Maximum of 3 coaches.
- Travel Permit if outside of Ohio South.
- Guest Player Roster approved and validated by the state, if applicable, in the state the player is registered. For both Ohio South and Indiana teams, forms will be available. The Ohio South form can e completed online.
The maximum guest players for small-sided teams is 4 and 11v11 teams is 5.
There is no liability form to complete for the tournament.
Please have all the paperwork complete and in roster order.
Medical Release - We will not check medical release forms; however, we highly recommend that you have them throughout the tournament.
